The links may not be showing if you have switched the view within the NetCommunity plugin to only show links that have pending transactions to be processed. We need to switch the view back to show all transaction categories. Follow the steps below to change the view in the plugin. 
  1. Log in to The Raiser's Edge (RE)
  2. Click the NetCommunity plugin button
  3. Select All Transaction Categories from the View drop down menu at the top of the window. 
Note: This is not the View option from the gray menu at the top of the RE application. 

All available links should now be showing. The links are only clickable if there are pending transactions that need to be processed.
