No results when running the Membership Renewal Effort Report

When running the Membership Renewal Effort Report on an effort that shows there are responses, you may notice on the report that there are no results.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Marketing and communications, select Marketing renewal efforts.
  2. Select the renewal effort
  3. Take notice of the number of responses
  4. On the left side, select the Membership renewal effort report
