Email processes before scheduled time

You can process a mailing and send an email out at a later date or time in Altru. You may notice that if you are attempting to schedule an email for the future, the email processes and sends before the scheduled time. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. If you have membership renewals that send emails, go to Memberships > click your membership program. 
  2. Click Process Membership Renewals 
  3. Once the renewal is processed, click "Start email job" 
  4. In this screen, schedule the email to send at a future time (other than 12:00AM).
  5. Note that you receive the email within a couple of minutes. 
  6. Click "View email job status" and note the new specified time is 12:00am. 
  7. Go to Administration > Email Services and go to the Email Jobs Tab 
  8. Note the email job was processed before the time specified.
