Revision error occurred when upgrading from v3.0 SP9 to v4.0 SP2 (base build installer).

The "RunServiceRevisions" task failed unexpectedly.

We are currently evaluating this issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Have CRM on v3.0 SP9 and with SEPA Banking system switched on
2. Run v4.0 SP2 full build installer
