When sending more than one e-card at a time, we are prompted to enter the names of each recipient. All recipients may receive an email that is addressed to the same person. Thus, everyone may receive an eCard addressed to the first recipient that was typed in.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If NetCommunity is not on the latest version, you may follow the step below.
Edit the e-card part so that only one card can be sent at a time:

Under Sender and recipient options, change Maximum recipients to 1
Can now only send one eCard, which eliminates the issue
Steps to Duplicate
Create a new eCards part with default configuration
View the part on a page and choose eCard to send
On Step 3 of process, enter name and email for recipient
Add another recipient (different name and email from Step 3)
Finish steps and send
Observe that second recipient receives an email that is addressed to first recipient
