Constituent Profile Report does not match revenue summary totals on constituent record

When viewing the Constituent profile report, you may find that the total revenue does not match the total revenue in the revenue summary tab of the constituent record.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please Chat with Support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From the constituent profile, go to the Revenue tab, then Revenue summary
  2. Make not of the total revenue and the revenue filter that is being used
  3. On the left side of the constituent record, select Constituent profile under Reports
  4. Make sure that the revenue filter matches the revenue filter from the revenue summary
  5. Mark the revenue summary check box
  6. Click view report.
