We changed to a new bank account and need to change the banking information linked to our donation forms. How can I update this information?
If you are utilizing a third-party payment processor (Payflow Pro, etc), please contact support and reference this article. You will need to attach the VAR sheet to your case. Once this is received, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will process the request and support will make the appropriate changes in Luminate Online.
If Blackbaud Merchant Services is your payment processor (BBMS), please contact BBMS directly and they will be able to make this change for you.
If you are not sure who your payment processor is, please contact support and have them verify this.
