1. If the query is Dynamic, change to Static in The Raiser's Edge and try loading list again in NetCommunity.
  2. Log into The Raiser's Edge and run the Query - if the query times out or doesn't complete almost immediately (less than 15 seconds with 1 output field selected) the query will need to be optimized.
  3. Verify the refresh rate for the Raisers Edge Integration Service in NetCommunity.
  4. Ensure you are on the most recent version of NetCommunity on all components
