- If the query is Dynamic, change to Static in The Raiser's Edge and try loading list again in NetCommunity.
- Have the client log into The Raiser's Edge and run the Query - if the query times out or doesn't complete almost immediately (less than 15 seconds with 1 output field selected) the query will need to be optimized.
- Verify the refresh rate for the Raisers Edge Integration Service in NetCommunity.
- Ensure you are on the most recent version of NetCommunity on all components
