Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: s when opening an import

This error appears when attempting to edit an import that was created through Configuration Import. 
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release 

Workaround:
  1. Open up the batch template that is used by the import
  2. Select Configuration Options
  3. Select constituent matching
  4. Mark the box to use global settings
  5. Try the import again

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Created a new constituent update batch template
  2. Select Configuration Options> Constituent Matching
  3. Mark the box to use global settings
  4. Create an import based on the batch template and Save it
  5. In Administration, select Configuration Data
  6. Select Configuration  Export
  7. Create a process and include Batch Template and Import Processes
  8. Export the file
  9. Delete the Batch Template
  10. In Administration, select Configuration Data
  11. Select Configuration  Import
  12. Import the file
  13. Try to open the Import-See error
  14. Go to the batch template-Notice the use global settings box is unmarked
