This error appears when attempting to edit an import that was created through Configuration Import.

We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release
Workaround:
Open up the batch template that is used by the import
Select Configuration Options
Select constituent matching
Mark the box to use global settings
Try the import again
Steps to Duplicate
Created a new constituent update batch template
Select Configuration Options>
Constituent Matching
Mark the box to use global settings
Create an import based on the batch template and Save it
In Administration, select Configuration Data
Select Configuration Export
Create a process and include Batch Template and Import Processes
Export the file
Delete the Batch Template
In Administration, select Configuration Data
Select Configuration Import
Import the file
Try to open the Import-See error
Go to the batch template-Notice the use global settings box is unmarked
