CRM users may notice they are unable to add Model Scores and Ratings to organization records via the Model Scores and Ratings batch template, because they are only able to search for individual constituent records while working in the batch.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into CRM and navigate to the Revenue functional area.
Select the Batch Entry task.
Click Add to create a new batch.
Select Model Scores and Ratings Batch from the ‘Batch template’ drop-down menu on the ‘Add a batch’ screen.
When the batch grid opens, click the binoculars in the Constituent field.
Notice it opens the Individual Search window. We are unable to search for organization records. CRM does allow users to add Model Scores and Ratings to organizations directly from their constituent record, and users expect to have the same functionality in batch.
