1. From Tickets, select Sales methods > Advance or Daily sales
  2. Go to the Itemized receipt options tab
  3. Select email receipt, then Email template
  4. Enter the Subject, From address, and From name
  5. You can use the default email opening and close or customize them
  6. Click Save
  7. Select Email receipt > Mark active
If you will be using Chrome, you must also enable the No receipt option, otherwise an email address will be required to complete all advance sales orders.
