Previously when I opened a batch to commit it, there was a column named [gift field name]. Now that column no longer appears. When I commit the batches, the [gift field name] attribute on the gift is not added.
No errors occur because technically it is working, it is just that column disappeared and I need it back.
This issue may occur when a required gift field is no longer marked as required in The Raiser's Edge gift configuration settings. To return the missing gift field column as a default in a new batch, please take the following steps:
Login to The Raiser's Edge
Go to Config > Fields > Gift
Mark the Required checkbox for the missing gift field
