1. Go to Administration > Email Services > Email Jobs tab.
  2. Look for the subject of your email here and the date the email was sent.
  3. Look in the Status column once you have located the email.
  4. If the status is completed, the emails successfully sent.
  5. If the email isn't listed in this tab, ensure you clicked to Start Email Job, as some processes within Altru require you to click Start Email Job before the emails send.
