Every time a constituent makes a donation, fills out a survey, registers for a event, etc, Luminate is creating a new Constituent360 record for them. Is there a way to prevent this automatic duplication?
By default, Luminate Online enforces a unique email requirement for a Constituent360 record to be created. If this is disabled, the system will create duplicates any time a constituent takes action on your site, even if the name matches what is in the system. As such, we strongly encourage that this functionality be/remain enabled. In addition, this can be turned off in some applications which has less duplication risk.
