Error: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__#B81301D__3214EC27CF112B00'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.@IDS' - when inserting data via SQL into the DESIGNATIONLEVEL table

Nearly all SQL statements of the form UPDATE dbo.DESIGNATIONLEVEL that update multiple rows at once result in the following SQL Server error:

error_message(): Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__#B81301D__3214EC27CF112B00'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.@IDS'. The duplicate key value is (1bf42cd1-4de3-4503-a17b-0002addbfaaa).
error_number(): 2627
error_state(): 2
error_procedure(): TR_DESIGNATIONLEVEL_INSERTUPDATE_DESIGNATIONNAME
error_line(): 11
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

To duplicate, create a customization that uses UPDATE dbo.DESIGNATIONLEVEL that updates multiple rows at once.
