When running the Revenue annual statement report users are seeing wait times of several minutes

The revenue annual statement report is taking a long time to produce results when running it for all records and choosing a specific date
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Revenue,  Revenue annual statement
2. Run the report for a specific date
3. Choose to run this for all Records
