Duplicate Constituent Management Tool gives different results each time

When running the Organization search in the Duplicate Constituent Management Tool, users receive different results each time.

After running the Organization search, then returning to open the previous results, the previous results are missing records even though no records were processed on the last run. 

Running a new search will not include the previous results but will include new results. 

This happens under all usernames on all workstations. 
We are currently evaluating this issue. Please check this article for updates.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open Admin > Duplicate Constituent Management Tool
2. Select Organization > New Search
3. Note number of records in results
4. Run a new search
5. Records in results are less than previous search
