Segment member data is pulled from the data warehouse when it's available. Occasionally, when installing a new environment using a back-up of Blackbaud Direct Marketing database, the security permissions for database objects in the data warehouse is set incorrectly. The ETL process may still be running successfully.
1. Access the RE7 database in SQL server 2. Expand the Security > Users folder 3. Delete the user that is being used for the Data Warehouse deployment 4. Redeploy the data warehouse and for the BBETL user, input the domain user that was removed from the RE7 database
This will re-add the user the RE7 data and ensure that the correct permissions are assigned for connecting the BBDM data and the RE7 data source.
