My hosted program looks blurry on a high definition monitor

You may notice that the text in your hosted application appears blurry when you are using a high definition monitor.  This will happen if the Windows Operating System is applying font scaling on the Citrix Receiver program.  
After updating Citrix, the screen is blurry.
The screen looks blurry or pixilated.
  1. On the affected computer, open Windows File Explorer
  2. Navigate to one of these two locations:
    • (64-bit computers) C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client
    • (32-bit computers) C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client
  3. ​Right-click on the application named CDviewer.exe and select Properties
  4. Click on the Compatability tab
  5. Mark the box next to "Disable display scaling on high-DPI settings"
  6. Perform the same steps for the wfica32.exe application in the same location
These settings may not take effect until the computer is restarted.
