This process can be used to identify Students who have not been given a grade for a specific Marking Column.
This can be accomplished by merging queries or running a Grade Entry Sheet Report:

Query 1: All Current Students 1.) New Student Query > Dynamic 2.) Expand Student > Expand Bio 1 > Select Current Status = Current Student (and any other applicable statuses) 3.) Expand Student > Student Progression Entry > Select Academic Year = 2015-2016 4.) Check Results for correct number of Students 5.) Save and Close
Query 2: All Students with a Grade for a specific Marking Column. 1.) New Student Query > Dynamic 2.) Expand Student > Student Progression Entry > Select Academic Year = 2015-2016 3.) Expand Grades > Expand Grades/SKills Select Academic Year = 2015-2016 4.) Expand Grades > Expand Grades/Skills > Expand Grades > Select Marking Column = Marking Period 3
Merge Query: 1.) File > Merge Query 2.) Select Query 1 (Current Students) 3.) Select Query 2 (Query for Marking Column 4.) Select to Include Records in Query 1 but exclude records included in both 5.) This will show all Current Students without a grade in that Marking Column
