When opening an Event Participant, the Raiser's Edge will freeze before eventually opening the constituent record

On an individual workstation, the Raiser's Edge may hang when opening an event participant record. 

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Alternative Solution:

1.  Close The Raiser's Edge.
2.  Go to Start, Run, type %temp% in the Open field and click OK.  The user's temp folder should open.
3.  Delete all .mdb files from the folder.

These steps may need to be performed periodically if the issue occurs again.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Open an Event.
2.  From the Participants tab, double-click one of the Constituents.
