I. Mark addresses that have the info source as EDQ as the preferred address. 
  1. Find these records by running the 1st query in the following Knowledgebase Article. How to Query on Records Updated through Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)

 II. Mark the Records that have a new preferred address returned from EDQ as 'Active' 'Send Mail' ' Has a Valid Address'
  1. In Raiser's Edge select Admin, Globally Change Records.
  2. Highlight Constituent, and select New Change.
  3. Use the first Query created from How to Query on Records Updated through Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) that will group these records together
  4. In the Show field, select: Preferred Address and select the field Send Mail.
  5. Select Add as the Operator and choose Checked. Check the box to Overwrite Existing Value.
  6. Select OK
  7. 'Under Show Fields in' select Biographical and select the field Constituent has no valid address
  8. Select Add as the Operator and choose Unchecked. Check the box to Overwrite Existing Value
  9. Click OK
  10.  Select the field Constituent is inactive?
  11. Select Add as the Operator and choose Unchecked. Check the box to Overwrite Existing Value
  12. Click OK
On the Global Change, check the box to create control report.
Select Change Now to make the change.

 III.  Mark Records that were found Deceased through EDQ as 'Inactive' and 'Deceased'
  1. In Raiser's Edge Select Admin, Globally Change Records 
  2. Highlight Constituent and Select New Change  
  3. Use the second query created from How to Query on Records updated through EDQ to group these records together
  4. Select Biographical in the Show drop-down 
  5. Double-click Deceased
  6. Globally mark the Deceased?
  7. Select Add as the Operation and Checked as the Value
  8. Mark the Overwrite existing value checkbox
  9. Select Ok
  10. Select the field Constituent is inactive?
  11. Select Add as the Operator and choose Checked.
  12. Check the box to Overwrite Existing Value
  13. Select OK 
Check the Boxes to:​
Create a control report and select Preview
Create query of exceptions
Create query of changed records
Select Change Now to process

IV. Run AddressFinder on all records submitted for EDQ to CASS certify addresses updated through PCOA, and to determine which addresses are invalid where EDQ didn't return any results.
