CRM users may receive the following error message after clicking Start process for Step 2: Get file from Blackbaud in an AddressFinder process: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. The statement has been terminated.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
