In order to resolve the issue you are experiencing, please complete the following steps in the order listed below:
- Uninstall Microsoft Security Update KB's 3072630 & 3139923.
- Restart the computer.
- Install the Blackbaud product.
- Perform a Windows update to re-apply Microsoft KB 3072630 and Microsoft KB 3139923, if desired.
This problem does not occur when the installers are run under the SYSTEM account. As a result any existing installations of your Blackbaud software are not affected by the issue as installers are launched under the SYSTEM account.
