Batch Assignment with default Constituent Site creates new organization record without site assignment

Batch Assignment with default Constituent Site creates new organization record without site assignment, while the same batch assignment creates new individual constituent records with site assignments.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In CRM, go to Web > Manage Web Transactions
  2. Go to Batch Assignment Settings tab, expand and edit BBIS Donation batch assignment
  3. Edit the Batch options batch assignment (or add one) that is not the Default assignment
  4. Make sure the Default setting for Constituent site is setup, click OK
  5. Click Save
  6. Setup an Appeal and Designation that has Site Security (Same site as assigned in step above)
  7. Login to BBIS as a Supervisor User
  8. Access/Edit a Donation form
  9. Add the Designation and Appeal to the Donation form (records setup in step above)
  10. For Donor options, make sure Allow Corporate gifts and matching gifts are marked
  11. Click Save
  12. Submit a donation as an individual and as a organization
  13. After Committing both batches in CRM Web > Manage Web Transactions, check the Security tab for the individual and organization records in CRM and notice that only the Individual record has the Site Security
