PERFORMANCE: Marketing Effort Selection Refresh Process takes longer to run in the latest version when compared to previous versions

Our Marketing Effort Selection Refresh Process Queue took over 23 hours to run until it hit the app pool.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1.  Select Queue from the admin functional area
2.  Select queue containing the process
3.  Note that the app pool reycled 10 hours into the processing of this queue

In the prior version this would run in approximately 6-8 hours.  Now it doesn't finish in 24 hours - even if they schedule it to start right after the app pool it hits the app pool for the next day before completing
