When refunding an event registration (with designation), the refund is double counted

When refunding an event registration to a tax-deductible special event (no cost entered) with designation, the refund appears in two places on the Total Revenue and payment: under Event Registration and under Donations
We are currently evaluating this issue. We will update this article when we have additional information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a Special Event that allows designations on fees
2. Add a 
registration Option that costs $150 (or any amount). Indicate no "cost." Receipt amount should be same amount as option price.
3. Sell a registration through sales.
4. Note that on the Total Revenue and Payment Report, the revenue only appears under donations.
5. Issue a refund to the original payment.
6. Notice that on the Total Revenue and Payment Report, the refund shows in two places: Event Registrations, and Donations.
