When attempting to download BBIS Donations in CRM Web Transactions Batch Assignment, the following error is received even though the Routing/Account number was validated without issue through the form/processor in BBIS:
Error: Could not download transaction with ID "10041". The error was: The specified routing number is invalid.
Download and install the latest service pack, which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
Submit a donation through OOB Donation form with Recurring gift using Direct Debit that goes through Payment 2.0 page.
Routing and Account numbers are validated without issue (Confirmation page and Acknowledgement email are generated)
In CRM, download the transaction with BBIS Donation Web Transaction batch assignment
Note the transaction gets an exception/shows in Failed Transactions folder.
