To find the affected segment, plug in the segment sequence from the error message into this query. Note that the sequence sequence does not necessarily match the segment order that appears in the front end.
 
SELECT * FROM   APPEAL_SEGMENTS_CRITERIA
WHERE  APPEAL_NAME = '{Appeal Name}'
      AND SEGMENT_SEQ = {Segment Sequence # from error message};

Make sure that the field(s) (in the FIELD_NAME field) in the criteria exist in your universe table. If not, you will need to recreate the universe table to include the proper field.

Make sure that there are records in the universe table that match your criteria. If there are not you will need to modify your segment criteria or recreate the universe table to include records that match.
