No records are imported when importing an Enhanced revenue batch from FTP

Import processes can be configured using wildcards so that a file can be pulled in repeatedly from an FTP folder.  When importing these files the all of the records are shown as rejected.  These imports can be completed manually and the FTP folder tests successfully and can be accessed outside of CRM.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Workaround:
Import the file from a local source instead of using FTP

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Administration > Import
2. Choose your Import 
3. Edit this Import 
4. Select Import source that is an FTP source
5. Make sure that you have a file in FTP folder that meets the wildcard criteria
6. Start this process
All of the records in the import will be processed, but all will be rejected
