eReceipts & Form PDFs are blank when viewed in NetCommunity

Customers can enable eReceipts or view Forms as PDFs in Blackbaud NetCommunity. In some cases, the PDFs will appear blank. 
This needs to be addressed by our hosting system administrators. Please contact support with the following information: 
  • Your Blackbaud NetCommunity URL
  • The URL to the problematic PDF

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Access a donation page configured to send E-Receipts.
  2. Put through a donation.
  3. Browse to the generated E-receipt through the generated link included in the acknowledgement email.
  4. Observe that a blank PDF has been generated.
