Unable to enter multiple address lines for an address in a constituent update batch

When adding a new constituent in a constituent update batch, users may need to enter addresses with multiple address lines (apartment numbers, PO Boxes, etc.).  However, only one address line is able to be entered.
This was resolved in CRM 3.0 Service Pack 14

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a new Constituent Update Batch
  2. Enter a new constituent or chose an existing constituent
  3. Select the address collection field
  4. Enter an address line
  5. Select enter in the address field to try and enter a second address line
