Images and layouts skewed when viewing messages from NetCommunity

When sending an email message from NetCommunity to any desktop MS Outlook Client, where the DPI settings are set above 100%, the email may be received with skewed layouts.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to display settings for Windows computer: Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display
  2. Adjust to 125% or 150%
  3. Save and log off machine and back in
  4. Login to NetCommunity
  5. Create email message
  6. Send email message
  7. Observe in MS Outlook the layouts, fonts, or images are skewed

Environment

 This only occurs on Windows desktop devices within MS Outlook 2000 or greater where the DPI/Zoom settings are set higher than 100%
 Blackbaud NetCommunity
 6.64
