When using Odata feeds in Excel 2010 or 2013 the results will alternate between showing full results and giving only headers

Odata is a tool used for pulling query reports into various reporting plaforms.  You may notice that when refreshing the odata feeds in Excel with powerpivot the results will sometimes only show the header row. On subsequent refreshes the full results will appear
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Analysis > Information Library > open Query
2. Get the Odata link for this Query
3. Go to Excel 2010 or 2013 (with PowerPivot installed)
4. From PowerPivot and choose PowerPivot Window
5. Click the "Can" button to get data from other sources
6. Choose Other Feeds
7. Insert your Odata URL > Click Next > CLick Finish
8. Data from feed will refresh and all rows will load
9. Back on the data sheet select the option to refresh all
After doing this a few times the list will only transfer 1 row.
