Why does my program have a negative number of tickets available?

When viewing your program event you may notice that the number of tickets available for your program event is a negative number. This may be caused by editing the capacity of the event to a number lower than the amount of tickets that are already sold for the event. 
This issue will occur when the program's capacity has been lowered below the amount of tickets that have already been sold to the program. To resolve this issue you can adjust the capacity of the program to the original capacity
  1. Click Tickets > program search 
  2. Search for and select the program
  3. Click on the event list tab > click on the name of the program event
  4. Click edit event > Adjust the Capacity
  5. Click save

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Tickets > Add a scheduled Program
  2. Give the program a name and be sure to add a price, location, and capacity to the location
  3. Click Sales > Daily Sales > Scheduled Programs
  4. Enter the date and program. Then select the price type and quantity of tickets to be sold and click save
  5. Select your payment method and complete the order
  6. Click Tickets > Program search 
  7. Search for and select your program
  8. Click on the event list tab and click on the program event
  9. Click edit event and change the capacity to a number lower than the amount of tickets that are already sold and click save
  10. View the scheduled event ticket detail report for the program event and you may notice that the number of tickets available is a negative number
