When using Internet Explorer (IE) users can choose security settings for their Internet connections on site visited through IE. If you use IE to access eTapestry and you have High or Medium-High Internet security settings you may experience issues with some functionality. These issues include (but are not limited to) Name Format, Name & Recognition, and the Name Format Conversion tool not appearing correctly when logged into eTapestry. Adding the eTapestry login URL to the Trusted Sites does not fix this issue.
You will need to either use a lower security setting in IE or use a different supported browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.
Steps to Duplicate
Open an IE browser
Click the Tools (gear) icon
Click Internet Options
Click the Security tab
Choose the Internet option
Change the security level to High (the Medium-High option will also hide the new Name fields)
Shut down IE and reopen
Log into eTapestry
The tiles may not load on the homepage
If you can get to the Add Account page, you will see that the Name Format and Name & Recognition sections are not expanded
