When working in Daily Sales, Advance Sales, and Group sales users are able to add payments to the Household record.
Users need to ensure that the Groups/Households box is unchecked when doing patron searches in Daily Sales, Advance Sales, and Group Sales. This way they cannot select a household record, and thus no revenue is added onto the household.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Sales > Daily Sales > Search (make sure to check Groups/Households box on patron search screen). 2. Select the household record. 3. Add an item to the cart and complete a sale. 4. Pull up household record and note that under Revenue > Revenue history, the sale revenue has been applied to the household record.
