Even though your Blackbaud Hosting Services username and your application username may be the same, the accounts are separate from each other and do not share the same password.  When your account was set up by your administrator, they may have set up the passwords to be the same; however, Hosting passwords change every 90 days and therefore may wind up being different from your application password.

Organizations also have the option of setting up users with Windows Authentication, which allows a user to log into an application without having to enter their application credentials.  To learn more about Windows Authentication and how to set it up, refer to How to allow users to log into an application without entering a password using Windows Authentication in the hosted environment
