Located in the Transactions Reports folder in Reports Classic, any of the following reports might produce a Technical Difficulties page:
  • Transaction Report
  • Merchant Account Summary
  • Refund Report
  • Settlement Report
  • Settlement Summary Report

While it is rare, there is likely an internal configuration issue with one of your merchant accounts or payment gateways.

Please log the exact date and time you attempted to run one of these reports and produced the error. Then Contact Support and provide this article number.
