You can run a Transaction Details report and filter by the Published or Archived status of a donation form. From the Step 5. Configure Filters step, follow these instructions to add the filter:
  1. Select Create a Filter.
  2. From the primary drop down, select Donation Form.
  3. From the secondary drop downs, select either "Is Form Published" or "Is Form Archived".
  4. Lastly, select a True or False value from the last drop down and select Add this filter.
  5. Save and run the report.
