To view the current setup/grades for your Academic Performance/Honor roll:
  1. Navigate to onRecord.
  2. Select Settings > Grading > Academic Performance.
  3. Click Edit to the right of the Academic Performance/Honors you need to remove from a student.
  4. General Information will show you the Academic Performance Description, Grade Average and Criteria.
  5. Click the Grades link on the left under Academic Performance Details, to see the Grades included.


To remove a grade from a student that is pulled into the Honor Roll:
  1. Navigate to onRecord.
  2. Select Procedures > Grading > Manage Grades.
  3. Using the Select Filter Options on the left, search for the student.
  4. Click View to update the results.
  5. To the right of Grades & Credits, click View
  6. Click Edit in the upper right corner.
  7. Remove a grade included in Honor Roll.
  8. Click Save.

To Generate Academic Performance:
  1. Navigate to onRecord.
  2. Select Performance > Generate Academic Performance.
  3. Using the Select Filter Options on the left, filter for your Academic Performance.
  4. Click View to update the results. 
  5. Click Generate to the right of your Academic Performance/Honor Roll to re-generate.
  6. Click Publish in the upper left. 
  7. Click Save

You can now go back to Manage Grades, and re-add the grade that was removed from the student, adding them to the Honor Roll:

To re-add the grade removed from the student that is pulled into the Honor Roll:
  1. Navigate to onRecord.
  2. Select Procedures > Grading > Manage Grades.
  3. Using the Select Filter Options on the left, search for the student.
  4. Click View to update the results.
  5. To the right of Grades & Credits, click View
  6. Click Edit in the upper right corner.
  7. Re-add the grade removed for the student.
  8. Click Save.
