In general, eCards do not pull in any information from the donor's Constituent360 record. However, some browsers automatically auto-fill information already entered and stored locally. In order for this information to be pulled from Luminate Online, a login component must be added to the "Page Heading and Other Common Elements" standard page. 

To add a log in component:
  1. Fundraising>eCommerce
  2. Click Stores
  3. Click Edit next to the appropriate store
  4. Click Configure Standard Pages from the left navigation bar
  5. Click Edit next to Page Heading and Other Common Elements
  6. In the plain-text editor, place your cursor in the HTML window of where you wish for the login component to appear. Click on the Components drop down window click on Standard Login
