Our database fields use names separated by underscore as the identifier. The database value of a field in Additional Information can be found by inspecting the source code of a constituent360 profile while in Edit mode. A good plugin to install to view HTML on a page is called Firebug which can be downloaded by searching for it in Google. Use the element inspector to highlight the input field below the label. The input id will contain the name of the database field, such as custom_string1, but this will work for any other field on the profile as well, even for dropdown menus such as suffix and date of birth. If you can't download Firebug, then you can also view the page source (right-click + view page source) and search for the field label to find the database column name.
