When on the summary tab of constituent records, you may find that the total revenue is not showing all of their revenue (individual or household revenue).
This area is controlled by both the revenue filter as well as the date range filter you have set as the default. When wanting to view all revenue transactions the date range drop down should be set to 'All dates'. You may also need to edit the revenue filter or add a new one to include the expected revenue types in the revenue summary calculation.
