The cause of this is most commonly browser caching. The WYSIWYG will sometimes not cooperate with your stored browser data.

Try these steps:
  • Log out and then back in again to Luminate Online
  • Leave the content editing window for another section of the product, and then return
  • Switch to the Plain Text Editor and then back to the WYSIWYG (Be careful with this as it may alter some of your html code)
  • Transition to a new browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies for Luminate
  • Have another admin try to insert the link on their computer
