Unable to run the Appeal Mailing Performance Report based on Base Currency.

The currency dropdown does not have an option for Base currency in the Appeal Mailing Performance Report.  This makes the report unusable for some clients that rely heavily on Base currency.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Analysis> Appeal Reports
  2. Select the Appeal Mailing Performance Report
  3. Choose a specific mailing
  4. Select the Currency dropdown and notice there is only an option for Organization currency
