Filter icons and Clear all filters button do not function properly on custom list builder

On a custom list builder, the filter icons do not display a green check mark indicator when a filter is applied on a column and the Clear all filters button is disabled.

This occurs when output field names in the list builder contain lowercase letters.  The system is designed to expect all-caps for these values.  You can update the field names to all caps to address this issue.
