The address order within the constituent address tile is not consistent

When on a constituent record, you are able to scroll through a constituent's addresses using the Addresses tile.
You may notice that address records do not stay in a static order when scrolling through them using the arrows on that tile. 
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release 

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Log into CRM.
2.  Go to Constituents and add an Individual.
3.  From the Address tile, add 3 to 4 addresses of varying types.  Notice when you attempt to scroll through the addresses using the arrows in the tile the actual addresses do not remain in the same original order.
