When editing a payment, the Edit payment form has the option of showing/editing the recognition credit by clicking on the button to the right of the word "Recognition." When selecting this, the resultant form shows $0 recognition credit for all those receiving credit.
The Recognition Credits form triggered by clicking this Recognition button pulls it's information from the Applied field (next to the Add button) in the middle of the Edit payment form. This field has a $0 amount populated unless it's changed by the user, since the payment is already applied. To see the actual recognition amounts applied from this payment, click the Current application and then click Edit. The form that results from this also has the Recognition button, and when clicked, allows for viewing/editing the actual recognition credit amounts from this payment.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to any Payment record 2. Click Edit payment under Tasks 3. On the resultant edit payment form, click the button to the right of the word "Recognition" in the middle of the form 4. Observe anyone receiving recognition credit on this payment receives $0 recognition credit.
