- On the workstation running the queue service, navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin and rename the usp10.dll to usp10.dll.old
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeXX (XX = Office version) and check all folders for usp10.dll and rename any instances to usp10.dll.old
- Restart the queue service by selecting Start >Control Panel >Administrative Tools >Services. Right-click on FE Queue Service and select Restart.
- Allow the scheduled queue to run again.
